Product Returns and Exchanges

Jackery offers a 30-day return policy for goods purchased directly from Jackery.com. We are confident that you will love your new Jackery product. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full purchase price.

To return an item, please complete the form at the bottom of this page, or contact us via phone during our normal business hours.

In order to return your product under the 30-day return policy, please check that:

  1. You have purchased the product directly from Jackery (via phone or via the Website)
  2. You contact Jackery and begin the return process within 30 days from the original shipment date
  3. The product is returned in the original packaging, with all materials included, in new or as-new condition, and be accompanied with a return authorization number.

Exchanges & Refunds

You have the option of receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price or exchanging the item(s) for warranty issues. Jackery does not have an upgrade policy and cannot exchange for another product. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the matching payment form as tendered at the time of purchase, excluding freight charges. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Return conditions

Please carefully read conditions below. If conditions are not met, Jackery reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 30%. Please note that Jackery does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
Product that is custom configured or branded to your specifications
Product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.

How to Return an Item

To return an item you’ll need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Jackery will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. You can complete an RMA form or contact us via telephone for assistance.

Retail Partner Purchases

Every Jackery product bought from Jackery.com or a 3rd party retail partner is authorized for replacement due to warranty issues. However, we do not offer returns or refunds on products bought from other 3rd party retailers. Please contact their customer support for more information.
